The service

FollowRadar is an extension for Chrome and Edge that shows, in the user's browser, the changes among the followers and following of the Instagram accounts the user chooses to track. The free plan includes one tracked account, 30 days of history and all the lists. The Premium plan, at €4.99 a month per user including VAT, adds unlimited accounts, full history and export, alerts and automatic scans.

Account

Premium requires an account with email and password. You are responsible for your credentials and for what happens with your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

Subscription and payments

• Premium renews automatically every month through Revolut until you cancel it from the Account page.
• After cancellation Premium stays active until the end of the month already paid. No refunds are given for the current period.
• If a charge fails, Premium stays active for a 7-day grace period; then the account returns to the free plan.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from the next renewal.

Fair use

The extension reads only what your Instagram account already sees and takes no action on your behalf. You agree to use it for personal purposes, not to bypass the built-in rate limits and to respect Instagram's terms. Instagram may change its website at any time: we will do our best to adapt the extension, but we cannot guarantee it will always work.

Data

Lists and history stay in your browser and belong to you. We don't see them and cannot recover them if you delete them. For everything else the privacy policy applies.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data in the browser or consequences of decisions taken on the basis of the information shown. Our total liability does not exceed what you paid in the last 12 months.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms. You can delete your account whenever you want from the Account page.

Law and jurisdiction

Croatian law applies. Consumers keep the protections granted by the law of their country of residence. For any issue write first to info@opentag.hr: we always try to solve things directly.
