Install FollowRadar on Chrome and Edge
A free extension that opens a panel next to Instagram. No password: it uses the session already open in your browser.

Publication on the Chrome Web Store and Microsoft Edge Add-ons is in progress. In the meantime you can install the preview version by hand, in a minute.
Preview version, by hand
- Download the zip and extract it into a folder you won't delete, for example Documents/FollowRadar. The browser reads the extension from there at every start.
- Open chrome://extensions (on Edge: edge://extensions) and turn on Developer mode.
- Click "Load unpacked" and choose the folder you just extracted, the one that contains manifest.json.
- Pin the FollowRadar icon next to the address bar, open instagram.com and click the icon: the side panel opens.
- To update, extract the new version into the same folder and press Reload on the extension's card: profiles and history stay.
At start-up Chrome may show the warning about extensions in developer mode: close it with Cancel, the extension stays active.
After installing
- With the plus at the top, add the profile to follow and confirm it's the right one.
- Press Scan on Followers or Following: the first time it saves the list, from the second you see the changes.
- Likes on posts are read on their own; stories appear below the profile card.
